Purchase Price and Payment. Prices, specifications and availability of goods and services are subject to change without notice. Order Discrepancies. Any order discrepancies, i.e., missing items/components; mis-shipments; short- shipments, must be reported either to us within 5 days of receipt of the shipment.

We have the right to cancel or rescind your account, as it relates to future purchases, at any time, without default, to the fullest extent permissible under by applicable law. You will remain obligated to pay for all purchases made prior to cancellation and any charges associated with these purchases.
